§ 1. DEFINITIONS
Regulations for the carriage of passengers and luggage in force at TAXI Rzeszów, hereinafter referred to as the Regulations -

Carriage by car with more passenger space type BUS - PLN 10.00 plus toll
In accordance with § 3 or the Guaranteed Price.
Attempt to start another vehicle (electricity borrowing, jerking with a rope) - PLN 50.00.
Fuel delivery (max 5 l) - PLN 50.00 plus toll in accordance with § 3, calculated from the place of purchase.
Delivery of small purchases (excluding food) - PLN 50.00 plus toll in accordance with §
3, counted from the place of purchase.
Towing - PLN 50.00 plus toll in accordance with § 3.
Draining the car to the indicated place - toll in accordance with § 3, plus 50%
Meter indication values for a driver without a car, not less than PLN 100.
Carriage by a higher standard car - PLN 10.00 plus toll in accordance with § 3 or
Guaranteed Price.
The customer has the right to lodge a complaint in the event of transport in violation of
Provisions of these regulations. The customer may submit a complaint in writing to the following address:

Complaints are considered immediately within no more than 14 days from the date of notification
Complaints.
The customer is responsible for damage and / or contamination of the vehicle caused by his fault.
The driver may claim compensation for damage caused in an amount equivalent to
Losses incurred in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code. Applies to both the personal zone and
Luggage (e.g. spilling paint, pouring cement).
The customer has the right to carry luggage only in the luggage area. The customer transports things on his own
Responsibility. The driver is not responsible for damage resulting from insufficient
Securing the transported luggage.
After placing an order, the customer is obliged to use only the services of a taxi assigned
To his order.
The driver is obliged to have a payment card terminal. In the absence of

The customer is obliged to refrain from smoking cigarettes or other
Substances, eating meals and alcohol, as well as behavior that may affect
Correct and safe execution of transport. In case of breaking the above-mentioned ban, the driver is
Entitled to interrupt the carriage and call on the Customer to leave the taxi and regulate
Payments to the place of interruption of transport. Eating drinks or meals in a taxi is
Possible only with the consent of the Driver.
The driver is entitled to refuse to carry out the carriage if the customer:

According to the law, a taxi driver can carry children without a seat. It therefore does not constitute
Car equipment.
In matters not regulated in these Regulations, Resolution No. shall apply

In the event of a conflict between the provisions of these Rules of Procedure and the Resolutions of the Council

TAXI Rzeszów is not responsible for improper performance of transport services by
